I also sent out a letter to all members last night to join I will re route them if they join to you. Video is going up in about 2 hours explaining program. We have 12 total and about 10 that are supposed to sign up today. I think i need to make it clear that they are not locked in to paying $25.00 a month unless they have referrals they can opt out at any time but who would if they are making money but mentally????? they are thinking this costs $300 a year to be a member.

The sellers were fortunate to find a backup source for financing yesterday, so the project will be in the works. We have an International side to our business though and have 2 other current deals on the table in which we are raising capital to source to the projects. One being a hotel development in the Bahamas, Ritz Carlton is already on board to flag the site. I can discuss more with you when you work your way up. If you have someone I've got 6 units 2bd 2ba 1050 sq. ft. all rented on annual leases app. @ 182k will sell all six for 750k and be able to give you 25k referral.
