Hello Derrick, I'm sure that we can positively find you a deal that's not on the MLS just from friends I know. What do you consider High end? and what time frame to close. Get back with that information and I will have options by the end of the week. Again i'm not a real estate agent but have a good network of people around me, you may just being saving someones life or credit. I know It would be a blessing for some of these developers to find a qualified buyer.

Summer is summer if you work the J.O.B. in the Hospitality Industry. Good grief, people are harder and harder to please these days! In fact, I changed jobs after ten years with the previous employer because I was soooo BORED! Out of the frying pan into the fire, though, I think. I wonder that maybe I am just not happy in the field anymore...want to work for ME!! Buy and hold isn't the greatest market for that, though, eh?
Found a nice little 2BR 2BA with good rental or lease option potential - Eagle Trace. Good financing potential, but I'm having a tough time finding a hard money lender that will finance the last $5,000 I need - burns, doesn't it? Most of those folks want to lend in far larger numbers. Well, If it's meant to be, it will work out. How 'bout for you...what's goin' on? Is the market able to give you options on the types of deals you want to do?

Ok, I am impressed!! Looking forward to learning more. We also have a project at Hilton Head on the ocean that we are launching within weeks for presale. It will be 58 or so rooms, condo, 5 stories on 7 acres. Incredible project.
Derrick, I just checked out your development looks like you have a great project. One of my best friends sister is a highly respected doctor in Charlotte that gives seminars to other doctors. I will tell her about your development and see if she can generate some leads for you. One more thing we can take some videos of the area so people can fell it, maybe with birds chirpping etc. And through our syndication put in front of 200 million people in a instant. And even hook you up with your own tv show with live remotes through this site. Just wait you haven't seen anything yet.
