Security Based Lending is a loan program that allows anyone with stocks, bonds, mutual funds- any free trading security to obtain funds for personal or business use. The funds can also be used for real estate purchase. There is no bank qualifying. The loan is collateralized by the pledged securities only at low fixed interest rates between 3% and 5% with quarterly interest only payments with terms up to 10 years.
